Our house with steep roof and terracotta roof tiles had lost their lustre and had extensive moss growth which regularly fell onto the patios and driveway. Andrew of Softwash came to advise on the cleaning process and we engaged him to clean the roof, patio and driveway. They first fully checked the entire roof for any damage and then removed, all the moss and any other accumulations that had built up over the 27 years since the house was newly built. After that the whole roof was washed with a soapy solution applied without pressure. The work was carried out very professionally and over the following few months the tiles returned to an as new colour and we are absolutely delighted with the result and the overall look of our house is refreshed and greatly improved. I would enthusiastically recommend Andrew and his team at Softwash - thanks for a great job.

We moved into our house earlier this year and it badly needed the roof, guttering and other areas cleaned. I found it difficult to find a reputable and insured company to carry out this sort of work but I came across Softwash.ie on Facebook and contacted Andrew. I have to say I am delighted with the work they carried out. The roof was hand scraped and then treated with a solution. Andrew explained the process clearly and told me the real extent of the job wouldn't be seen until after a period of weathering. A few weeks later and the roof, walls and sills are spotless!
